Adding shareholder value

Yesterday afternoon, work sent us out on a scavenger hunt, as another reward for doing a good job.

Stu as a cosmonaut in Oxfam
Cosmonaut Stu

I ended up dressing as a cosmonaut in the Angel branch of Oxfam (long story, I’ll tell you about it one day).  That’s me with a ladies’ cardigan on backwards, a silver belt around my neck, and some kind of spangly ladies’ hat.

Well, I’ve worn worse outfits in my life through choice! 😉

We also had to create a new national anthem for Russia – and sing it; build a model of the Kremlin out of onions and tin cans, and provide some Russian food for our colleagues to try.

Russian caviar, it turns out, is surprisingly cheap to buy, and having tasted it for the first time in my life, I’m not surprised.  It isn’t unpleasant, but the world offers many other nicer things to eat.

Number of eggs laid by the chickens this morning: Zero. Zilch. Nada.

Millie had her first omelette last night; the verdict?

She’s going to stick with boiled eggs.
